About the golf course
This stunning golf course is a challenging par 72 with 18 holes crossing the beautiful scenery of the protected area of the Serra do Socorro and Archeira, in the Oeste region, nominated as one of the 100 most sustainable destinations in the world in 2015. The golf course was built on land formerly used by the Portuguese royal family as a hunting reserve. A pleasant course, suitable for any player that winds through the hills, valleys and vineyards that stretch to the horizon. Facilities included are Pro-Shop, Training equipment, Driving range (2 main tees, 2 chipping greens and 2 putting greens), Club house and exclusive lounge area.
