About the golf course
The Old Course Vilamoura is the 1st golf course to be built in Vilamoura and one of the oldest courses in the Algarve but has been modernized to satisfy the needs of the contemporary game of golf.
Located in Vilamoura, this 18-hole course was designed by Frank Pennink and has a total distance of 6,254 m, meandering through lush parklands with mature pine trees that present a challenge for golfers who play on the golf courses of the Great Lady from the Algarve.
The original design has been maintained, with renovations to the course helping to make it one of the most renowned golf courses in the world.
This is one of the courses in Portugal that will always remain in the memory of visiting golfers.
